Wait, they added AI images? Ugh. I mean, I've seen some good AI images, but after awhile you start seeing a sameness about them. But yes, like others have said, it seems the "breeding" tag either means the project will wither and die on the vine or that its yet another scummy dev who's looking at a way to create a project designed to milk patreon customers as opposed to creating an actual game.

I mean, I like the idea of BOTN, but we might have 32 core "notebooks" being the standard before that game gets finished.

It's sad this game also like Breeding Seasons was abandoned AND EVEN in VERSION 7 too...
I think Breeding Seasons was much more better than this game, all of its "waifus" were more THICK than with this full of averages bodys...

It's because one of the devs was a super unreliable, emotional train wreck and had terrible PR. He would never be honest in game updates, and was making constant sappy apology and excuse posts. The other main dev, seeing the writing on the wall left the team, legally took posession of all of the assets and made a by design patreon milker that will never be finished called Cloud Meadow. It's the pinnacle patreon scam porn game, and has raked in ludicrous amounts of money for minimal effort.

The other part of the developers had split off and were going to make other games. I don't know how things are now. One of the games was also in the Danny Ghost universe, but the second one is unfortunately not really related to Breeding Farm. Anyway, after that I stopped following, and since the main developer is back and kind of promises to keep making Breeding Farm, maybe other developers joined too, but I'm not sure, because one developer didn't like the way Gzone was making the game.

Didn't make screenshots of certain story scenes, so that's what I've remembered:
1) Blackjack intro - Eros is walking completely naked until sits down on a chair;
2) Talia blows an invisible elf guy (a flying dick);
3) Selling an elf for a special one-time quest didn't remove him from inventory;
4) Naked Rika on farm scene - invisible body;
5) Invisible Talia in her shop (but it fixes itself a few in-game weeks later).

I perceived the issue as being that Hbomb got in over their head once the project became so popular. They could not handle the pressure, and admitted so in at least one of the posts that it was causing them anxiety.

No, Breeding Farm was simply called the spiritual successor of Breeding Season cause the type of game was pretty much the same. Completely diferent devs and team in general, Breeding Season was created by H-Bomb, Breeding Farm by GZone.
The dev responsible for this game (GZone) has a primary pet project, called Amity Park, wich gets the main attention from the dev and to the opinions of some here, myself included, also uses Breeding Farm to milk money for Amity Park.
Now, the lead dev of this game went dead silent for months (including not talking with the rest of the game team), so the other people involved in the game decided they would make 2 new games by themselves (dont know whats the current status on those 2 projects, just go a few pages back theres a couple of posts by some of those team members explaining their plans) and then just like a week or a couple of weeks later GZone decides to resurface, post a statement saying the silence was due to mental health issues combined with the loss of a friend (something everyone or at least the vast majority here are sympathic towards that, despite the shitposting we do).
However there was much more issues going back, no point in going through all of them now.
In conclusion, its a fucking shitshow of a mess in particular in comunication and management,at least on GZone side, there are two other team members, lostraven and MorahZamora, that try to give info and updates to us plebs, so no wonder people eventually get confused with all this mess.
And that i believe its the summary of the situation.

Now that the serious part is done,

Gzone saw the shitshow H-Bomb did with the management of Breeding Season and decided to go full "hold my fucking beer" with Breeding Farm.

Also if someone makes a new playthough, plz see if the "dynamic duo" is still fucked. that shit always pissed me off, having that quest pretty much breaking the 0.6 something version and they never bothered to do a hotfix version.

Inaccurate. The only reason BS1 failed, beyond being an over-ambitious game in flash, was the artist, Spurp. He wasn't the "other main dev", he didn't develop anything and he didn't "see the writing on the wall" he was the one that tanked the project. Before he came along, art was mediocre but development pace was swift, and Hbomb was a solo act. Once he was hired he severely bottlenecked the development pacing for the whole time he was there, and then after ghosting the main dev decided to quit and threaten legal action to kill the project. The big failing of Hbomb was allowing the artist to retain ownership of all the art in the game, that let him kill the project totally when he decided he could make more money ripping it off. The other failing was hiring the guy at all.


If you're going off of Spurp's excuse post where he blamed everyone else for his bad acting, cloud meadow showing the same behavior clearly proves he was lying.

My save. I played for a while, it is buggy, but I haven't encountered some of the mentioned problems, depends on luck I guess. I have not completed the whole gallery, only monster combinations.
