Well, I found the answer to my own question, the cheat is a code and only Patreon members have it. So, is there anyone out there with the cheat code, and where do you give it in?

the code is “tree”, just type it anywhere in the game and a menu will appear.

So right now the game balance more or less makes it unplayable. You simply don't have enough starting income to do much with your mansion, and the dungeon, which should be a means of capturing new characters for free, is currently useless. Until the dungeon becomes a useful resource I think you need to start the player with double or even triple the current starting income to get going. Either that or clients need to pay 3-4x as much.

This game seems to have a very serious problem with its save system. I tried the new version and started a new game only to find that it loaded my old save from the previous version with a ton of things broken. Where are save files stored so I can delete my old one?

Yes, due to the large number of variables it has been difficult for me to balance the game, but in future updates I will improve it.

Thank you very much, I will try to solve those and other problems with the saving system, to delete the saved data go to: user/AppData/Roaming/Godot/app_userdata/BREEDING MONSTERS/SAVES. and delete the file.

As such there is no roadmap, it's more like something that I'm building little by little and I like to have some creative freedom, and not follow a predefined path and add mechanics or things that come to my mind, or that are very requested by the small community. However you can follow me on patreon where I do polls of what content you want to see in the next update.
