You need to find a way to psychologically distance yourself from reviews/comments like that, because, and I'm not trying to discourage you, just being realistic, it's not going to get any better. In fact, the more exposure your work gets, the more idiots you are going to see, it's simple statistics. And the anonymity of the internet only amplifies that effect.
I have seen quite a few creative minds buckle under this, and not just here. It's the same for any content creator, actor, writer, musician, you name it.
And your plea for people being more considerate in their reviews is, realistically, only going to reach those that weren't going to smack-talk you anyway.
TLDR: Try to find a way to cope with or shut out this negativity, or you will have one hell of a hard time.

This is a good game and probably will get more and more views and interactions in time. Don't overthink negative comments if you see any and don't blind yourself with overly positive ones. Take feedback if you want to but be careful not to disturb your vision with them.
Lot of people in F95 don't know how hard to create things. Before I laid my hands on DAZ I was one of them to be honest. Then I tried to make 5 page long mini-comic and it was way harder than I thought. I just want to say that trust yourself with your work. Don't mind that some people said it is unoriginal or demand something for you.
If can make couple of suggestion for your work flow:
-I don't know about your render setup but 4k render can be time consuming. I am pretty sure lot of people don't mind 1080p or 2k. Most of games in F95 are 720p anyway
-You can try to explain idle standing scenes with one or two render. For example when MC met Emily beginning of the game she got lot of different render. I believe same scene can be done with 2 or max 3 different render.

See "slow-burn fans"? You got the answer. If this story is about fucking girls, It may seem logical to tease it some way & extend the waiting of penetration sex upto some updates. But, that's now how the dev is created the story. So, understand & just enjoy the girls. We got to do things faster than other incest games, which is very very rare but it's heaven to incest fans particularly mom/son fans who hate teasing grindy updates.
0.2c had bug where game crashed/script error at when Player dosen't enter MC name. It got fixed in 0.2d update
