The only good thing about this update is that we all can finally get our hands on a latest up to date bug free save file.
All the previous saves which I downloaded from others have some issue or other, now finally a proper save.

Btw is the save file included in the zip file?

Unconfirmed info from a user from the Internet: In general, old saves work. It is not clear why the authors after every +10 updates want to start from scratch.

That's and old quest, you probably used and old save that bugs the game, to get the new content (some of it can be reached with old saves, some don't) you must use the save provided with new update, some good fella shared it up thread.
