Sorry, Here is my save.
Im running v 84.1 on android
Ive been saving from v 83.0 (that had the Cheat Mod on it)
Did the cheat mod, saved it, uploaded it to v 84.1 and keep playing for a while.
Then when im on the part that i can build the Shelter i got a notification ( a yellow ! ) next to the characters blue icon
When i try to open the icon to see what tasks i have next the game crashes, and i get that error i sent you there.
Im going to try to get the courage level under a 100 and see if that fixes something.

the mobile version of the game and whoever convert my cheatmod to android is the one that need to help you
if you getting error like this
Exception: DynamicImage u'menus/mark_[npc_list_[0][8]].png': then it's from the courage being over 100 but the error is something else then this cheatmod in not the problem as this cheatmod doesn't touch anything else except money/e-money/hearts/couragetry putting the courage between 10 to 50 I can't check your save file because it's from a mobile phone
Hey wanted to let you know that, i downloaded your mod and added it to the game. I started a new game but the symbols are not clickable and nothing changes. I dont receive any error either. Using the newest game version on PC
