It seems max what we will get is threesomes. You start activity with someone. Then one another inmate can join. Also if your character trying to get credits by selling body, then another can join activity and it free for them.

You can adjust NPC goals under Me>Encounters>Goal Weights. Then set "Fuck anally" and "Choke-Fuck anally" to 0%. No more surprise butt sex.
Edit: I just released that cunnilingus and fellatio share a single weight under oral, so you'd have to give up both if you don't want to get throat fucked.

The best way to make sure tags get added is to report the OP, use the "Other" marking and filling in the "More information" field with what should be added.

I have been sleeping on this title and i must say, this is one of the best H-games i've played in the past 12 months. All that is needed is more content, items, consumables, maps, skills, i personally would enjoy non humanoid enemy types also, and while the animations and the sprites are good there is still room for more fidelity, in particular since there is already a system for emotional states, having facial animation and more face definition would be nice. But even without all that this is solid 8/10, this stands tall above the likes of Coc, TiTS and lilliths throne.
You can use mod's for that on their discord. They are mostly very good dude!
Somone may have already asked this but when a slave breaks or become devoted to you will they still try to escape or not?

I never broke one, but I imagine the will slave will be like an empty husk and just exists in the cell, so no trying to scape is my guess.
The devotion declaration is a bit random and I'm almost sure you don't need the slave to be devoted to stop scaping. Just train your slave until a high level and you will be fine.
You can automate the trained slaves to take care of the others. Stuff like taking them to a bath or the medbay. But you can't use them to train the others automatically.
Just a suggestion. Training slaves takes a few days and is very repetitive. Train one to see how it is and use the Debug panel to save some time training the others.
my main issue is that it doesn't tell you if there likely to escape in my opinion it should say "(name has declared there undying devotion to you as a result their obedience, trust and spirit will never decay as well as they will no longer attempt to flee or escape bondage".

Lurked but never posted on this site until now, with good reason. This game coming from this particular person has scratched an unconscious itch I've never felt before. Don't know how to describe it. Not criminal or evil, but based on pain and pleasure intermixing due to irregular and adverse past experiences. There is something unique about this game and praying the dev doesn't touch on a particularly taboo topic. Could wax philosophy and deep thoughts on a site based on pirated porn games, but not the time nor place.
Dev, if you're reading this, you got a good thing going and don't have the programming experience to help out, so just a cudos and a anonymous donation will have to suffice. Maybe can help in the world building writing department, but you probably don't need it and have more qualified people. Cheers.

you can go to the devs discord they more likey to see it they use it a lot.
The updates usually take around a month or two. Last one took 4 but it was a big one. The dev works on the game almost everyday, If you want to keep up with it just look at the github page on the dev branch. The dev has been working on group scenes lately.
Is there another way to obtain transformation pills and scan them than beating up those who have them and after beating up someone who got forced to eat one?
As you progress with lab assistant quest you will be able to enter in a dungeon. You can find the pills there in every run, there is a boss at some floors, sometimes you will find some labs that you can scrap for pills and there is a npc with a chance to sell them as well.
You can make your character eat the pills and get scanned.
Also you can give the pills to your slaves, wait a bit and then taking them to the medbay. When you are having fun with them there is an option to give drugs.
