I don't know about latest version but previously I believe you had to go into options and enable mod manager then exit and reenter game to get the download manager to appear.

If you are in heat I think you either can not select or have a much lower chance of seeing the options to deny sex or tell someone not to inseminate you.

Heya. I picked the best day to release this update, yes. I'm a silly cat, I know..
But yeah, hey, new update. This one adds ability to get sold into slavery! You were able to do that with other characters, it only makes sense for the player too, right? It turned out to be a very hard task though x3. Should the game just end when you get sold off? That's boring. So I spent the time writing/coding some special soft bad ends. Soft bad ends means that you can escape the slavery and continue playing. I hope you like these.. these bad ends are like small stories.. I only made 2.. but I tried to pack a lot of stuff into them. I hope you have fun basically x3
There is other stuff too obviously. I added visible bodywritings! The dolls will now display the writings that got left on them. The game dynamically generates a texture of your writings so they actually match up with what the status effect says. To go with that, there is also a 'permanent bodywritings' system. These ones can't be washed off, you will have to find a special item ^^
And there is also a way to dynamically affect npc's fetishes now. This system is quite smart, it takes what things were done to the npc into account. Hopefully this system will help you craft a perfect slave or something x3
Oh yeah, npcs might become your nemesis if you mess with them too much. Nemesis npcs will try to ambush you sometimes. If you lose, you will get sold off into slavery, so be careful ^^

- Player slavery system! You can now be sold on the Blacktail Market yourself, which will trigger one of the 2 new soft bad ends (with more to come hopefully, these are really hard to make x3). There are 3 ways to trigger the player slavery: a certain new event near the underground arena, a 50/50 chance if you get found unconscious, or losing an ambush.
- 2 player slavery soft-bad end scenarios, one non-lewd and one that's very lewd. The first scenario is about being a shaft miner slave on the planet! The second scenario is about being a cow/bull slave for a space cafe! Multiple endings for both. These are little self-contained repetable slavery stories basically.
- Nemesis system! Wait, no, that's patented.. Nemesis.. relationships! If you really upset the dynamic npcs, they now have a chance to become your nemesis! Nemesis npcs will hate you with every fiber of their digital life. There is no easy way to get rid of this status. While the npc is your nemesis, they will begin planning an ambush on you. The ambush can happen at any day, at any time.. but you can spot it getting prepared if you have an eye for it. An ambush is an event where your nemesis will try to attack you while you have some handicap to your power.
- Dynamic fetishes system. The fetishes of dynamic npcs will now dynamically change after each sex. Depending on how satisfied they were and what fetishes they were exposed to, they can now learn to like or dislike kinks! The chemistry lab has a new drug that can make this process faster.
- Permanent bodywritings system. The npcs can now sometimes use a permanent marker instead of a normal one on you. Permanent bodywritings won't get washed away after taking a shower. The only way to get rid of them is by using a new Bio-Scrub Soap item. The player can also use permanent markers on npcs but you will have to find them first.

- Npcs can now be wounded and painfully-stretched too, just like the player. They will go to the medical block on their own sometimes. Eliza can treat your wounded slaves too.
- The npc slavery 'idle texts' replaced with a better system. The new texts should reflect the state of your slave better too.
- If you are a sub in a threesome with 2 doms, the game will now automatically switch the target to the dom who interacts with you.
- A crash that happens if an unconscious npc gets yoinked by a nurse in the middle of the sex.
- Fixed wrong fetish being checked for the dom in the sex engine (was causing doms to get angry for no reason).
- Can't pee with portal panties anymore (

Alternatively to what Yeppers34 said, you can get the Fluidex mod (by Thermal Dragon) via the game's mod browser (or i suppose the discord), which adds a new transformation pill that allows you to change what fluid each of the penis, vagina, and breasts make. Can be customized in the lab after unlocking (provided the lab is upgraded to customize pills).
If you aren't playing the modded version, you can enable mods by going to the main menu, click "options" then check the "Enable Modded BDCC Launcher" option, then "save and close" button. restart the game and it will start at the Modded BDCC Launcher instead of the main menu. Mod Browser button lets you download the mods and install it without fuss.
