The sensitivity system is so incredibly unfun that i just ended up sticking with the previous version. Even the hotfix with less sensitivity and turning off overstimm, sex is stil a total slog. Sensitivity should 100% be a toggle option.

Best you can be is a switch. Some special characters like Tavi and Avi require doing quests that put you in submisive role for a section before putting them in thier place. Otherwise you can go around beating, fucking, and talking everyone you meet into submission.

With a similar amount of customization and sandbox mechanics I can't think about any other games. The closest ones I can suggest to you are called The Fixer, Lab Rats 2 and if you really like managing NPCs Porn Empire.

I'd probably say Course of Temptation. No anthro or transformations if that's what you're most interested in, but the sandbox is pretty big and iirc pregnancy is going to be the next update

Does anyone else have the problem that the game memory leaks itself into oblivion. When starting the game it increases in memory at about 20mb per second without stopping. I first didnt notice it and in the end the game used up 25gb of ram.

I don't think the game supports audio. You can use the mod browser to take a look though.

If you don't want to run the mod browser in the game go to itch.io page and play the online version to see the mods. Load the game for the first time, go to options, enable the moded launcher, reload the page and browse the mods to take a look.

I think you'll need to take these from a guard. Since the loot is random, the best bet is to quicksave when you win a fight, continue to loot screen and, if the part you need isn't there, quickload and continue again. Rinse and repeat until you get it.
