You need to talk to Socket at the engineering room near the mines. She will cell you upgrades to your cell including more slave capacity. If you can't find anything keep doing her quests to unlock the options.

You can see the development of the game on GitHub. this isn't new from the dev, radio silence then on a random Thursday an update.
Wasn't the original scope of this project meant to be smallish learning project for the dev? I feel he's fallen into the usual Patreon trap of having to keep the zombie project alive forever to keep paycheques coming in, instead of moving on to something new.
I dunno to be honest. I just know that the game is the best in it's genre so I hope he doesn't burn out on it and it has a long successful run.
The dev has been working on the game almost everyday. You can see it on the github page at the dev branch. The updates are slow, sometimes are about stuff the majority doesn't seems interest like slave management, but the game isn't abandoned.

Question, is there a way to limit cumflation or turning off cumflation. Or maybe I just missed that option elsewhere
Go to the menu screen when you open the game, click in options and scroll all the way down. You will find an option to disable it.
Anyone ever get stuck in some scenes where npcs just loop 'Nothing new happened' until you use the 'QUICK SEX' button to escape the loop, specifically in the stocks? I have a few mods, and have tried removing some and seeing if it still happens, but I haven't been able to track it down to anything yet
I've had this bug two times and didn't even tried to do anything about it. I have a lot of mods installed.

You gotta get the cell upgrades from socket, you can find her in the mines but I think you gotta go through a couple of her scenes first.
