You can disable any activity. Me > encounters > restrictions

I don't know how to make proper reviews so I just gotta say that this game developer very clearly has great ambitions for the game and is laser focused on filling out and working on the right parts of the game.

I wish this game got more things to do outside the story and missions. A lot of animations locked behind narrative. Very few actual jobs. Doesn't feel like a prison at times, guards are just inmates with uniform and there aren't gangs that you can take control of.
