Delete PregExpac from your mod folder. It breaks the new update.

PregExpac was integrated into the new update, so having the separate mod causes conflicts.
I only have ace preg expac nova sub . Just delete that and wait for a few days?

hi, do you know if there is a mod to have more scenes? I noticed only the NPCs have scenes on your characters (lotus, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl etc.) ?

The scenes are usually character based. Some happens only once in the story others are repeatable.
You can use the datapacks to create new scenes. You can write as much as you want but in terms of animations you will be limited for what the game has so far. There is guide in the github
You can make mod that adds scenes or even new animations but that will be more complicated. There is guide for this as well
I never used mods/datapacks so I can't recommend one for you. You can enable the mod launcher in the game settings and open the mod/datapack browser to take a look, just see if the mod it is updated current gamer version is 1.8

Assuming you have the latest version, head to the same spot where the nurse helps you give birth. There's a daily quest pointing you to an inmate that's guaranteed to drop a strange pill if you defeat them in combat.
If Eliza showed entrance to dungeon. go to here instead. That most efficient solution. Dungeon allow you grind strange pills and research points. Just successfully beat level minibosses. Not each level have them. Also you can buy them from dungeon trader. Also when you entering dungeon you "lose" all inventory (excluding what your charter wear) and experience. So beat up everyone to get money end experience on that dungeon run. also by default saving in dungeon and rollback actions not allowed.
Each run you start with level 1 character without skills. Also DO NOT skip window, where you distribute points. If you igonre that windows that your points is lost.

If you take your slave for a walk, you can bring them to Eliza's office and should be able to milk them then.

Note said slave needs to have submitted to you. If you bring an mind broken slave it won't work.
Then check nurse bounty board. It will shown you inmate that you need to beat up to get pill. Other inmates also may drop it, but chance is low. Board give you only 1 inmate with pill for day.
