Next game will be even crazier with the amount of dialogues and choices, we even made a procedural dialogue system which will make replaying the game more worthy~ (On top of going full 3D with better visuals).

Maybe also consider gog.com so users in Germany could buy it as well. NSFW is banned from Steam Germany.
Flip from Summer in the City is doing a pretty successful campaign to get there if you want to take a look.

Just few days ago I put in order the DLC, yes, is banned on Germany, but I am going to sell the same DLC for Steam on Itch.io at the same price ($1.00usd), that will be the workaround~
I may release the game in other platforms once I get an stable version~
