But yea the game is make or break depending on your view of Lilly. Not only is she the main LI. Potentially the only LI who's not a side thing. But she's also part of the main cast. Meaning you're s.o.l if you don't like her. As for why it seems to lean that way.

It's because the game pretty much wants you to. Although you can be the harem master or pure monogamous. The dev very clearly has a vision. And it's free love with either you, her, or both partaking. As for content ratio, who knows how it will end up. As it stands right now, it's pretty much you centered. You're either doing something or watching someone do something. With all but 2 instances of watching, obviously leading to you doing something. Well maybe just 1 of those 2. It's not explicitly stated or directly hinted at. But I think you're going to be able to cuck someone in particular later.

Lilly thus far only has I believe 2 situation. 1 where only you can initiate and allow it, regardless of relationship or standing with her. And one other uh.... particular situation.

I beat all available content and just went back and skimmed through things with the all the filters on.
I like Lilly but they could probably at least divide the sex count in half to still be retardedly high but a little less so.
I like her personality, but at the same time I do very much hate a game where there really is only one real romance and it's not really disclosed that well plus it sometimes makes one regard the character less on their merits and more think about how it's the author's pet.

Filters do change a lot of dialogue and even without them off she still allows a harem, but I don't really know if the event split will last considering the author clearly prefers swinging and cuckoldry plus hard ntr will be added in the future.

One thing I think everyone should be wary of is that there will be a anthro and female character option later and that does seem like it would eventually just make development stutter considering all the changes needed.

It's a very interesting game, but it's probably just going to fall in the area where it doesn't really matter how much you like the characters or story if there simply won't be any content for you to enjoy. I would still recommend people to give it a shot but be wary of what could happen later.

Edit: I do actually have a major complaint writing wise though and that is at no point do I feel like I'm playing some 28 guy who spent his youth fighting in a major war.
Like I do know not all people are going to be the same, but usually when you write this as a background it's usually going to have relevance to characterization outside a bar fight and why you have a certain job.

Don't want to double post, but two separate things. Is what it is. So let's recap.

Forced rape I can't prevent, avoid, or have any reason to see coming? Hate it, but fine. Rewind that does fuck all in that particular instance and counter remains up? That's some half-assed be kind please rewinding. Hate it, but fine. But to get a warning about what is and isn't canon, what does or doesn't happen, based on toggling. Long AFTER the thing happened, right before being able to view it, instead of before the relevant event??? ....bruh.

Now I don't mean this in a hostile way. It legit made me laugh, granted in a more so "really though?" way. But that has to be the dumbest fucking thing I've seen.... today. That's like having a bridge is out sign, at the bottom of the canyon.

Decided to finally catch up on this game after playing one of the first builds and having it on my watchlist, and honestly this summarized my thoughts perfectly. Like I was genuinely confused if I missed an option or did something wrong since the game seemed very respecting of everything being fully avoidable, but nope it just happens if the toggles are on. I really feel like there should be some way to avoid it with the toggle on, or at least give the extreme content warning about rape of an LI being canon if on wayyyyy earlier.

I can't put the fault fully on the dev because I did leave the NTR tag on despite it not being my personal interest; largely because I enjoy the feeling of knowing there could be consequences and that im doing things right. Additionally I did leave the extreme content tag on because honestly I dont mind gore/guro/rape, and I'd assumed that given the overview noting avoidable that I could prevent anything like that happening to an LI if I wanted. But evidentiality that was not the case.

I know the dev said that the story "rewrites" around the tag toggles, and I genuinely think that is the best way to approach it compared to just auto skipping. However with the opening saying everything is avoidable and suggesting leaving them on because of that, needing story rewrites feels like it fundamentally fails the intent of that opening disclaimer. If all tags are on and you're trying to use actions to influence scenes, Taz fucking Wistalia, and the Lilly X Wolves scenes always being canon really just leaves a sour taste in my mouth, it defeats the purpose of saying all content is avoidable when in reality it just means some content is avoidable with everything at least skippable. Like if we could have an option with Wistalia that cockblocks taz (sorry bro), or some option to prevent the rape of lilly that'd be a lot more accurate to the "everything is avoidable" intent.

I know this is a bit of a rant, so I do want to say I did definitely still enjoy the game and hope it does well! I also hope you take some of this feedback and adjust content like this in the future. Furthermore I hope that even if the game stops being for me you still do well regardless!

I got spoiled so I knew something was going to happen. I just didn't know when. So imagine my surprise after not seeing anything. Thinking I either avoided or it comes later. To be met with a warning and told what went down. Right before being able to view it. An unavoidable, completely out of left field, and permanent situation. That's really driven home by it's placement right before. I'm guess the dev wanted to hide it until it was far too late to do anything about it. Because the only other way to know before that. Is to check her sex menu after leaving her behind. And seeing the sex after meeting you go up by 3. But why would someone think to do that?

But I'm in a similar boat as you. I don't like disabling stuff in these games. I'm not opposed to it in general. I like consequences to my choices, especially if I muck up. But keyword to the "I" bit.

No real comment about the Taz thing though. Didn't care for it and just wanted to see all routes. But Wist isn't ours and everyone in this world is just freaky as hell. I mean I'll admit I didn't see it coming. But I guess add it to the pile. My only two gripes however small. I thought Wist and the fox girl were in an open relationship. Because we got to watch them once up to a point. But apparently she's cheating and you can cheat when open. Don't know, I keep shit simple in life. But hey! At least we might get a chance to snitch and have a show. The other thing is him in general. He eyes up Lilly on 1st meeting. Then later hands you his porno to watch with her. In a more slightly normal world. Words would be exchanged and then we seeing how well a human does against a bigass wolfman. But it is what it is.

Either way, I know this is such a small thing. One situation in an entire game. But what else is going to be introduced? Do I have to neuter the entire game to avoid the otherwise unavoidable? Or spoil myself so I know when to switch off? How many other forced situations will happen? Because we ain't even got to the supposed guro yet... or maybe we did? I didn't watch the Lilly scene so. And there's probably going to be a lot more rape involved. I'm not going to try to force the issue of changes. But if shit is just going to devolve further. I just want to know.

For the wolves scene, taking a bit from a post I saw earlier on here, having the discussion about the scene be a lot more "did she really die?" from Armanis trying to plant doubt to encourage you to give into depravity, and when you relent to see what "really" happened that makes it canon. I'm imagining something along the lines of giving into that desire makes Armanis more powerful allowing him to slighlty alter the circumstances of her death, so instead of just dying the scene actually happened. Granted this exact change might not be possible depending on the limitations of Armanis's powers and the like, but it'd provide a way to prevent it canonically (no sex count change) while still keeping that option available. Furthermore I think this would even be fitting with the warning about corruption and Armanis as him being too powerful could lead to these choices auto "failing" where the choice would be taken away as Armanis has too much influence.

I'm not going to try to force the issue of changes. But if shit is just going to devolve further. I just want to know.

Honestly though while I'm suggesting these changes, I think this sums it up perfectly. I just want to know if I should give up on the game if it'll keep moving away from my tastes.

Yeah, it's nice gesture to give the player a choice in what they want to see, but if you really do just want to making a swinging/cuck/ntr game then I would rather you simply make that.
As of now the dev saying keep on all the tags on, but you can still avoid everything really isn't 100% accurate as if you don't really like certain tags it will always bleed through unless you turn it off.

I would rather devs make the game they want and explain what that is at the start then trying to dance around a bunch of things, but ultimately lean towards a certain way.
Like it's fine right now, but as you said we don't really know.

It seems intentional. I mean think about it. 1st encounter with him, he eyes up Lilly and smiles at you. Second interaction is when you get the tape and he mentions to watch it with her. During the act he has Wist admit out loud. That she is cheating on her wife a room or floor over. Then says he's going to train her. The angle filmed is to show his huge dick stretching her out. He himself is dominating Wist of all people. Tape is also the way to start the cuck route. The devs intention seems pretty clear. This is to showcase who and what Taz is. So I can't foresee any change coming.

As for the wolves. I'm guessing you're saying that's how you want it to actually go? Because there is no trickery. She just flat out gets raped with toggles on. But I mean that could work. Doubt the dev will do it though. I think the late warning is intentional. Because it's one hell of an oversight otherwise and has yet to be changed. Canonically she's raped to drive home the idea. That even if you rewind, you can't fully erase what happens. Whole soul thing. Essentially raising the stakes for when you mess up. The counter is a permanent reminder of what happens.... huh. No idea why it took me this long to put 2 and 2 together. It was literally explained in the game. I guess I just blanked this whole situation out of mind at the time and it just clicked now. Still think it's a bs scripted event though, but eh.


With all this said! I think I've come off a wee bit too negative on this game. So an olive branch to anyone who sees this. I do like this game full stop. I like Oliver, I like some of the side characters, I love Lilly, I like the story, did I mention I adore Lilly? I want to see this game come to completion. I hope nothing happens that has me say I'm out.

I hope we get more feet content in the game by the way. I'm an absolute sucker for paws and I would to see Lilly dom me with hers. Hell, I'd kill for a feet/paw focused path where that's exactly the case with her or even other characters. The tease under the table we get has me hoping for more.

Also small bug I noticed. When getting the option to choose what to call her, the following dialogue always refers to her by her name and not Mistress or Master if you chose those options.

Thanks for sharing the update. Too bad about the delay, but it makes sense. The Live2D stuff is nice, but I'd rather just have more of the static images and the truly great writing that really drew me in. This is one of the few games I've ready every lore dump available, even at the weapon store.
