Technically the sandbox part of the game is finished and playable and enjoyable.
There was supposed to be a story/campaign mode but reality trashed it.

iirc the russ ukraine war, as the artist is from russ while the rest of the dev team are from the other side so you get the idea.

Dont believe theres any other game that has lots of building work....
