My concern whit the game now is the lag i am esperiencing. Mostly, but not only, in the girls screen i have a terrible latency between the input and the command execution.
Before changing the Renpy graphic settings from "auto" to GL2 Renderer, this latency could reach 5-6 seconds very often!
Now is around 1 second at worst.
I have used all the tricks already posted in this thread. Another note worth mentioning is that in the console appears a message about a memory leak warning.
Just buying a new slave does not really solve much, their skills would be far less than my fully trained ones. I could buy a new slave and manipulate their skills/traits with King's Way this would have the lesser downside of not having the same image pack on the girl.
For the capstone perk for The Model/Courtesan gives +100% budget for customer/whore, does this add more potential money to the customers money pool? More specifically are these perks worth it for an Elite (Ignores customer budget limitations) girl?

Are you perchance playing on a potato, phone or other similar contraption? I don't think I've ever seen a full second elapse between command and execution.
Not even in the worst days of my fork, with thousands and thousands of extra effect-evaluating cycles running on every screen refresh.You can try setting
refresh_memory_on_home_screen in BKsettings.rpy to True, although I'm not sure that will actually help. My experience with frequent uses of renpy.free_memory() has been that the freeing ends up taking more time than it might save.It might save you from outright crashing when the game starts to behave a little erratically.
The Headhunter has some limited ability to increase starting skills, but not too high.
But the meat of the game is building up your 'perfect' girls, so starting over with a better trait combo might be worth it. Or not.
The Headhunter allows you to specify a pack name (and lots of other things, of which her personality type is perhaps the most important).
Looks like it.
Maybe for the other benefits (skills for Model, first customer effects for Courtesan).
The synergy looks bad, though. I'd pick something else for an Elite girl.

Which is called, "Playing the game as it was designed."
Another alternative is to copy a girl's girlpack folder to another name, and change/create a _BK.ini that sets always-traits for the archetype trees the user wants. This will take effect for newly-generated girls after new pack added to girlmix.
Probably possible to do what you want for current girl with extensive console commands, but not my interest.

Even Jman said it's to much hassle and it's aren't worth it.

This is essentially what the Headhunter does, except for being a little more immersive and imposing some costs for the cheating.
If you don't find that your install is somehow messed up or out of date, shoot Goldo a save (at the HHS forums) exhibiting this behaviour (and any settings you've changed, including the auto-renderer, game options and any script file changes). This way, he can check if it's something specific to you, or a general problem.
Er, there is no max mana stat. The MC recovers fully each morning, and then spends some on auto-casting at two points, morning and evening. Check your auto-casts.
King's Way doesn't touch the nonexistent 'max mana' stat. You can merely up your mana, but if it's being spent wrongly, you will have to do this every single day. So KW is not a solution here.

Well if he want to have more mana he either need to change how much spirit stat he's MC have or he need to change how much mana the Altar's give.

Upping spirit by +10 has other consequences that will trivialise some other parts of the game.
Changing furniture needs more console fiddling for an ongoing game.
And if the mana is going somewhere without the benefit, that still needs to be fixed.
Edit: Justinof I just checked, and are you sure your mana is lower than it's supposed to be? The permanent Mindtrick does not charge any more mana than just the single cast. It should be charging you after the fix, and will stop once you stop auto-casting.

What rank is the girl? They may need to be A rank or above to get those kinds of numbers for their skills.

You need a rank X slave trained enough to reach those numbers, you can help her whit bonuses such as perks and accessories.
I am sure that once disabled that spell i didn't get back those 10 points. The only way to have them is to use the console, but i need to do it every day, it is not permanent.
So if the MC mana has not a variable for max value it means the mana is calculated additionally from a base...hard to fix whitout screwing something else. I should avoid to increase the spirit for the reasons you have said.

Because you weren't paying them in the first place. What makes you think you must have an extra 10 points of mana? Better yet, post a save so I can check myself.
Not really. Goldo doesn't do patch notes for minor changes. Assume it's minor polishing and bug fixes unless announced separately.
