Later in the game you should be able to get the trainer, not for sure if its in the game yet but you can still get a trainer to get A class girls.

You get the Dr. and once you get her you should be able to figure it out, not for sure what you need to do but the Dr. is the one that gets it for you.

It comes automatic in that once you get far enough in the game the futa will offer one of her/its daughters to you for your first one.

The Dr. can get you to A rank also but you need her and then have 20 pregnancy/babies, only the wife kids will you have interaction with.
