I would agree with the original poster, this game's variety has gone out the window the past few updates in favor of exclusively pregnancy...it's pretty clear either dev or some higher tier patreon is aggressively pushing this stuff.

Yea is saw there should be porn expertise for Caroline based on some images but i don't know what to do to unlock it.

I am thinking that It not in the game yet, we just have the breeder one and work on the breeding of Caroline

That's an issue that only seems to affect a few players. Are you on Android perhaps? I made a simple patch that changes animation playback a bit if you want to try, but I have no idea if it can fix the issue since I can't replicate this bug.

I also have this issue. Started after switching laptop and os from win10 to win11. All files and saves are new. Initial animation also has a diagonal glitch line that goes away after 2-3 seconds. Patch works, but does not include animations from newer updates, of course.

what i noticed is that if you have the troupe leader in the team you'll only have the breeding expertise but if you don't have the troupe leader you'll get the breeding expertise AND porn expertise to choose from. No idea if that's how it's supposed to be or it's a bug.

Participate in the Witch's auction (any outcome)
The Doctor must not be currently pregnant

Or, the dev is trying to finish all of the pregnancy content so he can focus on different content. It would make sense to finish out a system instead of leaving it half-baked.
