there should really be an option to revert the choice with the witch. choice felt like a trap and now that i see end-game it's clear what you dumped there. bad design choice there.

You get the Dr. and once you get her you should be able to figure it out, not for sure what you need to do but the Dr. is the one that gets it for you.

I think you need 20 kids with all the girls then it will unlock for you.

It comes automatic in that once you get far enough in the game the futa will offer one of her/its daughters to you for your first one.

The Dr. can get you to A rank also but you need her and then have 20 pregnancy/babies, only the wife kids will you have interaction with.

this is a dumb statement. I'm sorry, stop trying to gatekeep a thing, Harem comes from rich men who could afford to have multiple wives, because they could, if you think they cared about all 23 of their wives that they kept in another area of their home, you are delusional. Harem "fans" can do with their Harem whatever they want, just because you're a softy that wants to collect love interests, the next man may just want to fuck them when he pleases, both have Harem's and play how they want.

The new update is focused on the specialisation system. Also, the new story event guarantees that the player will get at least one specialisation, regardless of the choices made before. There's also a brand new BDSM specialisation as well as a second chance at hiring the Troupe Leader.
You can get access to most specialisation perks now but not every perk has an associated event yet. This time I've made some tier 3 BDSM events temporarily available if you invest at least 2 points in the path (since you can't get a third point yet). This was a very code-intensive update so there might be some bugs or errors that need to be ironed-out especially in some specific branches of the main story.
