How to make courtesans rank up from B to A . All skill are 100 and 2 times all courtesans pregnant and doctor training was done.i have searched in forums someone say that doctor get you rank A but how . What am I missing?

I keep running into game breaking bug.
I get to a screen that just has the background pic and nothing else, no way to move forward both mouse and keyboard do nothing.
If I load a save and then go back it about 50% of the time will move forward but it keeps happening.
Anyone know a fix for this.

There is built in cheats already you don't need this at all.
