You have 2 sets of stats, 1 for your fighters and 1 for your recovery girl.
You have 4 fighters and 1 recovery girl.
You want to use nothing by fighting stats for your fighters and only recovery stats for your recovery girl.
As for what the stats do maybe in the "Help" section they have them listed.

Oh and of course congrats to the dev(s), i love the game. except one or two things i really like the game. in opposition to peasant quest the creampies animations are animated which is very cool. if i had a couple of suggestions i'd say animated degenerate games gloryhole, the possibility to replay the skip scenes like the receptionist desk creampie (standing), and no forced cuck/futa. i have nothing against these features as long as you can bypass them, and of course no loli coz here that would mean i had to stop playing the game (forbidden by law). and last but not least being able to f..k the chubby milkcow anytime would be cool too lol

I think you've gotten further than I did. There are many things that I absolutely love about the game. The girls are hot and well rendered, the sex animations are great, and its honestly almost impossible to find games where the MC finds and has relationships with women that he also then has do sex work. But navigating your way through the story is a lot harder and more confusing than it needs to be, IMO.
i agree girls into that game are well rendered and cute. i advanced a bit on my part. i discovered that by making more girls pregnant including Shannon (2nd wife) will unlock the breeding specialization. which will grant you access to more stuff like womb renting for sterile couples, or faster pregnancies, and more stuff. still think i'm missing stuff like more BDSM features, and eventually more girls. But i'm on it ^^
regarding the progression i didn't find it tricky personnally. just explore all the possiblities, and normally things will unlock. be sure to check the build option, as well as the bank/investment on monday too. sometimes the bank woman may unlock stuff

How did you even unlocked the dungeon? I got the dominatrix from Witch, but there is no dungeon. Same for practice room. This game is really frustrating when it comes to unlocking later features.
