Thank you for the commentsClearly a lot of people that are commenting have mixed opinions. I think that you have a good idea, as a VN format would be refreshing. I would argue that the the main reason people consistently gravitate towards BB is because of the models used for the characters. Preserve the models as much as possible and people will probably play it.
Also, as much as people on either side don't want to accept it, NTR/sharing/group and vanilla/harem make up sizable chunks of the fan base respectively. Therefore, including paths for both sides (paths involving all three of the women) is essential if you want to keep the most people on board. Although I personally like all paths, I recommend that you avoid letting the NTR/sharing/group sex/etc. paths bleed into the vanilla path (aka make them completely avoidable). Part of the reason why vanilla players hated BB so much was because you constantly had to deal with Eric even when you were trying to completely avoiding any NTR.
Overall, I think this could potentially be a great thing. It would be refreshing, especially without the egregious "wait wait wait, sleep, wait wait wait, sleep" grind. Your renders look fantastic; and the format would greatly distinguish the game from any of the copy/paste remakes out there that some people are annoyed with. I agree that beneath the surface, there is a good story to be told and it would be nice to see a BB game actually succeed since the models are so good.
On the NTR point, it's probably the biggest concept in the game I'm tackling at the moment. From a mechanics and story perspective, I'm thinking about how to present this in a way that fits the VN format, gives the player agency, and doesn't require rendering for a million different branching paths.
