Don't cum inside her until you can get her to beg for it, then once you do cum inside her, convince her to have sex with her husband to make sure the timing lines up and he thinks it's his.

Follow those general rules, and I think you should get there. I agree it's my favorite and the best ending.

Are there only 2 bondage endings? Felt weird that Zoe ended up trying to give the wife back to the husband in that route

There are 5 endings though there are variable's for how they play out.

Exhibitionist Ending - Exhibition >= 10
Bondage Ending - Bondage >=5, Exhibition >=9
Gangbang Ending - Gangbang >=8
Pregnancy Ending - Vaginal >=5
Dumped Ending - Anal >=4, Bondage >=5, and Blackmail.
