Have gotten it to work with Quest1 + Airlink , but you need to adjust some Windows settings to get it working
Got this article from DLSite where the game is up for sale:

Open Control Panel -> Clock and Region -> Change date, time... -> Administrative then change system locale to Japanese, don't check the Beta box and restart your computer.​

Basically this sets your system to use Japanese if a program isn't using Unicode, which got the game working for me.​

Pretty lackluster as a game right now though, just fluid dumping and a bit of sex only in 3 positions as of now. If you don't want to do all of this, don't bother.

I don't know why, but this game crashes my oculus link so hard, I have to reinstall oculus app for it to work again. I tried it twice, both times same effect.
