Shadows of Desire is very promising, though I think right now the only non-dream mom NTR is a rape scene. A sister is present also.

I can't get into this game. Which flavor did you end up doing? Netorare? The dialog feels too unrealistic for me

I got the blackmail route (because I wasn't following a guide), then later checked out the cheating route. Both were good, cheating takes longer to get to full sex. The dialogue is rough at first, and I feel the game is always a little tongue-in-cheek. But but by the end of content, both dialogue and H were improved by quite a lot. Certainly no worse than an average Japanese NTR game imo, and certainly better than just about any coomer-brained BBC cuckold game I've seen.
Oh, if you're asking about the mom content, I think it's in the cuckold route. It's mentioned in the walkthrough.

This one wasn't too bad. For me the Mom wasn't attractive enough though. Also no choices. But writing was solid.

Well it will almost never be incest if you don't apply patch, so maybe some of the recommendations you got needed it.
