I found this person (パニックアメリカ) who seems to have a lot of netorare works with "bullies" on pixiv. However I couldn't unfortunately find any of his works besides these two.

His work is probably among the best when it comes to AI. The scenes transition from each panel doesnt feel so awkward like most ai generated doujin. Some of his work are available in pirate sites but most of his good doujin are still not uploaded anywhere

hey guys, i’m looking for some bully ntr game recommendations similar to Four Seasons and My Mother Kyoko - NTR Fallen. i’ve played some of the similar ntrman stuff and most of the top bully ntr games on f95, but nothing really hits like those two. i’m especially into that slow corruption vibe, with the helpless mc and emotional breakdown kind of a thing. if you know any hidden gems like that, i’m down to check them out!

DHP has you covered if it doesn't have to be mom NTR (it has sis and some others). Actually it's probably the hardest / darkest you'll find (that doesn't collapse into edgelord shit). GS is worth a look too, but right now it's abandoned.
