What's New?

Lorraine’s route for the most part has been entirely replaced, with brand new art, sound effects, and writing. My hope was to pace it out a little better than before, and have the relationship between her and MC flow a little nicer.

There is some old art interspersed, but it will be replaced in time, as it wasn't important enough to change quite yet.

Online shopping outfits have been removed, but they will be remastered and brought back in with a bigger emphasis that they exist..!

Voice and SFX are only in Lily’s and Lorraine’s Route for now

Others will be added as more voice actresses are hired.

Music has been added to every route and big scene.

A truckload of bug fixes.

Known Bugs

Here are some glitches that I know about but just haven’t been able to fix quite yet.

• Clock sometimes takes 2 clicks to change day to night.
• Clock takes you outside to the overworld instead of changing the day in the room you are in.

Sigh - Another game infested with NTR. I have the suspicion it will turn out like this imaginary time line:

Well - There is NTR added, but it's fully optional...

Yeah - Maybe exaggerated, but it would not even surprise me if it goes that way...

Anyway - For me the first red flag for this game is visible. Let's hope it does not it does not go further down into the rabbit hole.

As it's been said, what's always a red flag for me is when a game starts out without NTR, the dev doesn't mention that it will include NTR, and then-surprise-it gets added in later.

If a dev is going to put cuck-stuff in a game, that's fine but just say so please. This goes for all kinks, really. Let people know what they're getting into.

Either way, it's a kink I detest, so the dev will be getting no more Patreon bux from me.

Didn't bothered to add that specific part on the What's New: Yeah we added NTR lol, it's optional but hey we added it so yeah we're done here.

It's a little annoying for those of us who do actually give money to projects only to have them suddenly include content we despise. I know it's only a small part of the update, but I only got so much DEGEN BUX to spend on porn per month and I'm not going to give money to someone to produce content I aint gonna wank to.

The most offensive thing is how this portrays the Mom character. She's shown to be caring, kind, loving and someone who doesn't take shit. But this release, basically makes her seem like a dumb, blind and easily duped slut. She meets some random douchebag, and he's so clearly an asshole, Who only wants her for sex, and then she proceeds to have sex with him after only just meeting him. Why? Please tell me what this achieved? it makes her look easy and useless. What a stupid way to ruin a game.

It's like eating a vanilla ice-cream and in the middle of eating it the dev comes in saying "Would you want some sprinkles?" If I hate sprinkles, I would feel offended by you even offering it in the first place, even if I had a choice in the matter.

The correct answer is "no thank you" and then going back to enjoying your vanilla

so because dev is redoing art and possibly reworking the mom's story, he cut her content that already exits from the newest version despite not implementing the new stuff... leave that shit alone till you get the new stuff ready to replace it. This thread has gotten a little out of hand, so I'll just say my last statement about it and then I'll leave it for you guys to duke out amongst yourselves.

I didn't think NTR content would cause this much of a stir. Despite the backlash, it's not getting removed.

That being said, v.10 has the last NTR content you'll see from Business of Loving, as I didn't have any future plans to add any more after this update. It is not intended to be a full route, just a Bad Ending of sorts.

I will edit it to make it even harder to acquire, but it's staying in, no matter what. This game is dead to many of you, and that's fine with me. Farewell.
No matter what I want to keep my game varied with all sorts of fetishes. I'm never walking back on things I want in my game.

Some of you think I did it for money, which, no. That did not cross my mind at all, in fact, I thought most people had forgotten about BoL since it hadn't been updated in quite some time. So in a weird way, it's good to know people still care about this game, even though I've easily alienated some of you guys.

I'm going to keep regularly updating the game, now more than ever. Next time I make a project with NTR, I'll make sure it's completely visible and known that the content is in there.

I'm not a fan of this game, just got dragged in by the drama, but I am in awe how often this happens. How do you start off your synopsis with "A NSFW visual novel of love" and then act totally surprised when people are livid that you have the heroines of the story betray the protagonist? I almost suspect that this is motivated by profit. Not because there is such a huge crowd clamoring for cuckery, but because there is no such thing as bad publicity. In that case, I guess you got me.

Maybe he should consider pulling it. One scene that goes nowhere but damages a route is shit that should be pulled cause it doesn't make anyone happy. If not he might as well change the name of the game too.

Well this ntr addition sucks indeed. Some of us played this game for nearly 4 years now, we jumped through the hoops of all those teases and blue balls with the mom character for eventual sweet pay off in sex scenes. Those scenes felt nice to me. But now after seeing that some caricature asshole can just use her as walking fleshlight almost right away and she is totally ok with it? Way to make 4 years worth of content with her go from feeling nice to feeling like a garbage overnight.

Yeah the writing for NTR like this is always piss poor. Where the Dev lets this guy bypass all hoops and fuck a girl instantly, while a player can't. I'd love for the dev to explain that part away in a way that makes any sense at all without further fucking all of the other writing in the game. Spoiler he can't, because this was just a poorly grafted on route. He claims he wanted a realistic bad end? That would have required this to be an actual long process instead of basically instant. Which tells me that was never his reasoning in the first place. To make this make any sort of sense would have required actual work, not that I want this in the game at all. It just shows the mentality of being it added however.

The hasher words thrown at you might have gone a bit too far, but those of us that were just shell shocked at the addition of NTR, we just wanted to voice out frustrations in regards to that.

Now some of this might have been alleviated if you properly conveyed that you were adding a Bad Ending of sorts, but it would still make a ruckus by it's mere addition, but not on this intensity.

Communication is the key here, some of us vanilla players have played games with avoidable NTR scenes/aspects in them, but it was conveyed early on in development or just giving a heads up before an update dropped, so we had more time to brace our selves to avoid it.

Now, as a person who isn't a supporter, I would step out of playing your game for a while, since I still have a bitter taste in my mouth. When the dust has settled and this game has still supporters behind it, I might take a look at it again and see if it becomes more worthwile.
