The game doesn't end, you can still go to work and have fun with the neighbor and all that. When I said game over, I meant to say with the mother. On the ntr route you just spy on them having sex for 3 or 4 days, they don't even know you're watching them, no sharing involved.
I could be totally wrong since I haven't play in a while and maybe I'm forgetting a few details here and there.

You can tell what version is here if it has a i after it, and I checked, the incest version is not here. It's the roommate and landlady version that is here.

Thank you very much for providing the download link. But why does it take as long as six months to change the relationship? Is the save between this original version and the incest version compatible?

Pasting the "unlock patch" files into the "game" folder of the Special Edition version you posted makes the game unable to open at all, and it marks all unlock files having script errors.

If you have a text editor like Notepad++, you can just go into those files and delete the : at those lines and it will launch normally.
Python expects the text to look like this
XYZ:
SPACE then a Line of stuff
But it's like this
XYZ:
Line of stuff
So it breaks itself
After checking this, the game indeed works now, thank you for the advise.
I noticed that the Ramirez DG gallery is completely broken, it either doesn't show the scenes (the files are not found), or it shows traceback errors.
The rest of routes seem to be relatively fine, but I didn't check all routes.
