This was perhaps the single biggest time waster game of this genre I've ever played. The NTR/cuckolding is not only avoidable, it's nonexistent unless you completely ignore your wife within the context of the only two game mechanics that you actually get to control. As far as I can tell, if you perform any combination of calling her/giving her gifts, even in a limited capacity (I even spammed being a negligent husband for the last half of the game) she will not only remain faithful, she won't even have the beginnings of any sort of affair with anyone. If NTR is your thing, skip this one.
