I don't mind the girls being "experienced" - I just don't want to listen to it or worse - see it lol. So yea, is this first scene the exception?
The two examples (the nun and queen) are the scenes where player sees it, but chronologically they take time in the past (as in, before player even met them). Other girls will just compare your skill in tangential way.

If you are fine seeing stuff from the past, then go for it; it's a good game.
If not, you might want to consider skipping these scenes. Technically, player isn't forced to see any scenes. As long as, they get less than 100 000 points, don't talk to camp members and don't check the bag of panties in the camp. Except last level, since you are forced to get at least 100 000 points, if I am not mistaken.

The nun recollection scene is unlocked by talking to her in camp (top-right) and Queen's adventures are learned from the bag of panties in camp (top-left). Avoid these, if you don't want to see these scenes.

Really enjoyed the game as a whole
The graphics and music really do fit the old school arcade machines

Buttknight - Quick review

So the first thing, the art is really good. But I feel like that is to be expected from Studio Bliss at this point. The character designs are super cute (and sexy), the colors pop, and it actually feels polished. You can tell there was a lot of love put into the animations and menus.

Gameplay-wise, it’s a simple vertical shooter. You move, dodge, and blast through enemies while trying not to die — the better you play, the more of the spicy scenes you unlock. It’s nothing complicated, but it kept us hooked enough to play through a couple of times.

Yes, it’s short and a little repetitive after a while. You’ll probably see most of what the game has to offer in one sitting. But for the price and the laughs we got out of it, it was still worth it. We were both grinning the whole time.

If you like silly humor, decent challenge, and some rewarding lewd scenes for your effort, ButtKnight is a fun way to spend an evening.

Our score: 8/10 — short but sweet, and definitely memorable.

The final boss fight on hard is BEYOND BS, not only do you only get 1 armor and 1 weapon change but then the boss has the audacity to trap you in and use bullets when he uses his red fire for the first time
