As a general statement, you can carry your saves over between versions, even on android. Several versions ago there was a bug that stuffed that up, but it should be solved now. You might even be able to transfer the save from computer to phone... but there's no guarantee it will work.

On the pc I have almost all the corruption with Carla, but on the cell phone I had more progress with Lina, Haily, Jenny and sami xd

How do I get Hypnosis Lessons before you see Lisa? There's only one time I've found and its with Cassidy after the event is available with Lisa
Pretty sure you just can't as like you said there is only 1 chance and it's after the event. For now it is irrelevant as you don't need the bonus to follow all the paths but it being there at all means it's either just a left over element from a copy/paste of the hypnosis coding or more optimistically a possible hint of the lesson maybe getting a permanent Corruption at later Cassidy stages like Haily's present
As it says, the leaked version is bugged, the non leak version from the regular places works fine and is functionally identical.

I do need the bonus bc in order to have sex with her via hypnosis you need 10pts and the most you get without the bonus is 8
I have that path cleared so took a few stabs at it to try and find it again, it's 3-1-1-1 when you hypnotize her to get it. Looks like a few errors might be on the guide there as the last 1 is shown blank in the guide but is either special, +3 or higher, or the requirement for that route is listed wrong. Beyond that the guide shows Love gain for Lisa but is actually Lin that gets it though the +2 mood is right.
