I've been wrestling with this for an hour without any luck. Even using the corruption levels you posted previously and testing a few different flags on Alex I've been unsuccessful. I found out that alex can't be pregnant, because the cryptic note scene for her advances time if she's pregnant. But no matter what order I speak to Jenny/Alex/Cassidy in, I can't figure out how to give Lisa the "normal note". There just aren't any scenes available with her Sunday Noon or Afternoon, and no amount of coaxing will prompt speaking with her from Jenny's scene (even if I did visit them the previous day for the camera).
I've already seen both scenes with Haily present, so I'm sure it's not because her hint is missing. My only guess is that I already entered the correct code once (not knowing it was tied to the note sequence) and the game just refuses to acknowledge that I need to hand Lisa the note. In that sense it would be working similarly to how Carla's dialogue does when you already have Haily's phone number. There's just no option to see it again.
Regardless, the completionist in me died here.
Just tested it and it's at least not broken.
The requirements are, in any loop:
Have given the note to Lisa (by having the note and opening her suitcase)
Have talked to Cassidy about the note
Have talked to Alex about the note
Then in one loop:
Talk to Lina about her camera on Saturday afternoon
Get the note again
Talk to Jenny and Lina by the tree and ask to borrow Lina's camera
This will get you the altered note, which will then be permanently unlocked as a corruption option.

Bro wtf man! I was just casually speed running through the scenes so I could max out everything and then I get freakin hit with this heartbreak scene with Haily out of nowhere?! Bruh, I felt so bad for her I literally dedicated a single run just on her!

I've had the same happen on V0.30d with 74 WC going to 10 WC;
the trigger I've found is:
Sunday midnight: Porn with Alex and Haily > 'Bukkake Hight'
the scene grants "World Corruption: Haily Handjob" and "Lina Nerve: A and H Handjob"

Did some more testing, and I think I'm dealing with a save compatibility problem (given that the save was started in nov. of 22, it wouldn't surprise me). Unlocking some world corruptions won't increase the visible count (74 in my case) while others reset it to the nr. of uncounted ones (or a nr. related to them).

What is exactly is the Love attribute? Bc I have Haily with 6 hearts and yet the Eating Comp scene has it at Love 0/2.
No Nunu update today? Usually it's pretty punctual.
the walk-though doesn't always 100% track yet so you may be ok regardless - does she get mad when you try it?
Nothing happens. I assume there's supposed to be an alternate dialogue/scene and/or an increase in stats, but they just talk and then moves on to the next scene
if she is below 2 hearts, she is angry, if she is above she is not. Thats kind of the scene, if I am remembering correctly.
Friday is my day off, and I very much value having my day off... off. Even if I have to burn the midnight oil.
Once though, an update was a whole 2 days late! Dark times.
Heya; first off: great work as always! This was a pleasant surprise to an otherwise dreary day!
One note, though: there appears to be a misspelled identifier, "linCorruptionPreg". This is referenced by at least scene03d1Evening.rpy (line 327), causing the game to crash during day 1's dinner scene.
The identifier in question is originally defined in characters.rpy, line 703, as "linCorruptioPreg" rather than "linCorruptionPreg" (missing 'n').
Renaming the identifier resolves the issue and allows the scene to progress as expected.

Quite the contrary, now I have to work on my friday to release a hotfix. But that's my fault for having both standards and laziness in equal measure. If I tested harder this wouldn't happen.

I'm a software dev myself, and I've watched test suites and entire QA teams as well as the jackass that wrote the code (yours truly) miss bugs that found their way into prod. Don't be too hard on yourself (just maybe Carla)!
