huh i went back to get the exact verbage and it seems like it started working? not sure why it started working as i have attempted to talk to her before.
Bizarre! I've noticed a few bugs during development. Perhaps the Renpy SDK needed updating as it seems less buggy for me now during development.
So fingers crossed this doesn't happen is 0.7.0
Anyway, glad it progressing and I've added code to fix that suggestion of going to the pool.
Still a work in progress but here's a quick update on an upcoming scene.
It's a revised drawing of the Serena and First Officer arcade playing scene. So the original AI placeholder can be removed!
As you can see Serena doesn't seem to enjoy defeat...still at least it gives us something nice to look at while she comes to terms with the loss....
There's still some tweaks to be made but hope you like what you see!

anyone got a full gallery save? i like the characters and art...i just really HATE the gameplay. nothing against the dev i just universally hate sandbox/mini games. i feel they exist to waste my time

With just two scenes left before 0.7.0 is fully cooked, I let myself get a little… distracted. But can you blame me?
Lina demanded my attention, and she’s not the kind of woman you can easily say no to.
As the ship’s head chef (and if things don’t improve soon, its only one), getting in her way while working and you'll find she’s got a bit of a hot head.
She lives for coming up with new recipes, working late into the night in a kitchen that’s just a little too steamy.
And while she says it’s all about the food , I get the feeling she's hungry for something else.
Lina can’t wait to meet you… and let you have a taste of something spicy.
The moment you put the name Serena in that sentence, my enjoyment was guaranteed! Looking forward to it.
