Yes there actually is, firstly you must download the whole CACBOY collection first (or the games you wish to play). Secondly unzip the files so you can actually access them. Thirdly, download the app "JoiPlay" and open it. When you're in JoiPlay, you want to add the game by pressing the '+' button, select the .html file as the file being played. When you're done configuring it, you can press and play it, hope this works for you!
