Cuz they are not really an attachments, it converts to some weird format here, but keeps the original on the server, so you kinda have to mirror everything now
will be easier
so when people post pics without links, even if they were originals, it's just previews on this end, to not overload attachment servers
it's usually not a problem, cuz I eventually mirror everything to OPs, or temporeraly folders right away
Might be a problem in some comics threads where people love to spam attachments
but if some of you can't be bothered to mirror, I can access the originals
