A good chunk of the quests are, yes. A tiny percentage can be missed if you advance chapter 1 or 2 without completing them first, most of them unlock as you advance chapters and remain accessible beyond that point.
I gave a quick look, and it doesn't seem a problem within the pirate attack event, unfortunately. I say "unfortunately", because that means I don't know where the issue started. Do you remember what you were doing before the pirate attack?

I did figure that out but still thank you and there are 4 in the first chapter and 1 second chapter
I'll keep looking there, thanks. In the meantime, I fixed it so you can save again (I saved right after the fishmen fight, I hope you don't mind me using a hi-potion XD). If you want to attach saves on F95, you should zip them first (forgot to tell you last time).
Let me know if there are any issues (also, since I saved after the explanation, remember that you need to use detect magic in this part of the event). If you want to keep your previous save just in case, rename this one to a different number (or keep the MEGA uploaded one for a bit longer), but everything should be good.
P.S. Aren't your stats a bit weird? I figured you'd have higher HP and lower MP, is this a vanilla run or did you edit something?
If you don't join the harem, you can't see the related scenes, obviously, and it's easier to gain access to the royal library as a member, but I don't think there is anything you'll miss out on, if I remember correctly.

In addition to the transformations mentioend by Ekcho, there are ways to change your breast and butt sizes.
You also get turned into a pseudo-minotaur (aka cowgirl), close enough that sleeping with the Chief is enough to push you over the edge into losing yourself in the minotaur persona, and you can get turned into a Dryad (both as Bad Ends).
I have suggestion if you take them.

I tried to make pregnant belly with three eggs version of tentacle encounter but I am not great artist.
This scene direly needs two more pics. One with pregnant belly and when Erica releases the eggs.

I'm pretty sure you can only go on the underground slave market, via losing enough in the Spider's Den.
does anyone happen to have a good run with no cow path triggering but only nari path trigerred? marinta's charm is fine and other minor tweaks. The save should happen just after completing temple 4 and all main quests completed succesfully. Thanks for the upload if anyone is generous.

For the mimic, the eggs don't really go through the "usual channel", so the pregnant belly doesn't fit in this case (the scene is mostly anal, so any extra art would steer too close toward scat, which I dislike).
You can become a slave, as XXcvt mentioned, although if you are a noble or a werewolf, that's not an option.

Don't worry, all RPGs have items that are a rip-off, and a much better set that ends up being "meta" in the final part of the game.
With dozens and dozens of items, it's normal for that to happen

Aside from being available weeks in advance, what extra content does the paid premium deluxe version™ have? .
Does it have controller support? Is a walkthrough included in the game? Exclusive scenes?
As you know, I've never played a demo of this game before, but I enjoyed this dev's previous game despite having problems with the maze and initial perks in the first mission.
Also, looking at the tags, this would be the first RPG I'd try that doesn't have a combat system.
