The Windows protector says it can harm my PC and by checking with the virustotal it says there's a virus.
Super depressing that not only is this game machine translated, they also didn't bother translating large parts of it. Looks super interesting otherwise.

Welcome new member. Most of these are false positives, these games go through several virus checks before being uploaded, but the reasoning for this is shrimple really.
Most games uploaded are cracked in some way to deal with the antipiracy checks or drms.
Most hgames will trigger windows defenders because their not signed and verified exes. Doing this costs a lot of money that most h games devs don't give 2 shits about spending, so they opt not to do it.
If you don't trust us, buy the game yourself then and see the same thing.

Its still a rule that the game needs to be playable if not fully translated but idk where's the cutoff of ''how much do I need to guess to progress for it to be considered unplayable'' myself.
