This seems to be "Cam Star" by the same developer. However, I recommend NOT buying anything from them. Neither quality or quantity justify the price, and they seem to even be splitting different platforms into different products, at $10 each. It's a cashgrab.

Just means its an APK file to sideload into a quest. So after sideloading it, its played standalone on quest, no PC connection.
