Did you read the readme file? Are you using the built-in zip extractor from Mac or a 3rd party app? You can't use the built-in extractor.

Probably, if your phone is rooted, you should be able to change the values to the gallery status from locked to unlocked.

1- Noah shower scene
2- Finn&Elliot "play" with each other
3- Finn shaving
4- Kaito selfshow
5- Noah "talk"

but if you want a fully unlocked gallery, without completing the game, there's a post about it somewhere on the last couple of pages
