those are two different games:

Camp Buddy is their first game where you play as Keitaro (brown hair guy with green eyes) who can date a lot of guys there. in this game all of the guys are twinky and young.

the second game is Scoutmaster Season, where you play as Yoshi (blond with the blue eyes) and have two guys to choose from. here are guys more adult and muscular

it doesnt matter which one you choose, they can by played separately from each other

split is for ppl who has problems with the downloading the game, so they can dowload the game in splits. if you have decent internet, you dont need it

side stories are dlc for Camp Buddy Scoutmaster Season v1.7 so you need to downlload the whole game first

it came with .py executable and as I did a light search, mac should be fine running it, otherwise the .exe should be runnable with compatibility as I could run it with wine on linux too, though it ran slower than the native executable, all in all a renpy game is highly compatible with these 3 OS
