For anyone that wants a save with every available CG I think this is it. I got frustrated trying to figure out how to get a bunch of the random ones I was missing so I opened the save file and found every listed scene variable and set it to true. There looks to be at least one that doesn't function in the memory helmet but most do.

Download file and move it to C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\VaultMan\CPRemix

If you want to keep your save increment the number in the filename or backup your save or whatever.

EDIT: Found a few more to unlock and updated the save.
