For anyone that wants a save with every available CG I think this is it. I got frustrated trying to figure out how to get a bunch of the random ones I was missing so I opened the save file and found every listed scene variable and set it to true. There looks to be at least one that doesn't function in the memory helmet but most do.
Download file and move it to C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\VaultMan\CPRemix
If you want to keep your save increment the number in the filename or backup your save or whatever.
EDIT: Found a few more to unlock and updated the save.

Frankie is from Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends, Jenny is from My Life as a Teenage Robot, Wendy is from Gravity Falls, Kim, Ann and Shego are from Kim Possible, Lola is based on Lola Bunny from Space Jam, Stephanie is from Lazy Town, Gwen (who shows up at random points) is from Ben 10, Velma is from Scooby Doo, and Jessica is from the Simpsons.
