Yes and no. Yes you can avoid it, but most of the gameplay is around the ongoing ntr (which you have to "chose").
Oyako Rankan is one of the games, where the avoidable ntr is made good. But this game is (sadly) not translated, so it's harder to understand...and for me personally: all events are fix, so at day x the same things will happen.
No random effects (which I like to see in games), so I would say it's a "maze" game, find the correct path to your end...

Not much games involved in you (directly) protecting the your girls. They mostly contain day and night which is timed event to count how late you are to reach your destination (in this case protect your girl from ugly cucker so you can fuck her yourself.)
In which cases, the strategy games like Leanne require you to plan ahead so you can protect your girls like sugoroku or dice game so i guess go find them? Reward is sometime you don't get H-scenes as you protect their Chasity and ntr is the only way to get it like the wandowando strategy 's games from dlsite.

My current favorite with an optional NTR aspect would be A Struggle with Sin. If you fuck up, then you get NTRed. It's not limited to just combat either; there are story choices where if you don't have the right specs or make the wrong decisions, then you gonna feel the effects.

If you don't mind MTL games, I recommend Shadowcore and Valkyria. I think there was a MTL of Valkyria floating around somewhere.

games. Both are circles that make games with avoidable NTR. It's easier to screw up with Star's Dream games. At this point though, the art for all of the above games are reptitive/subpar at best lmao so don't go in expecting regular hentai level of art

You aren't actually married to the one of the main heroines, since you reunite with her at the beginning when you go back to your hometown for vacation. She's married to your brother (he's kind of a limp dick) but you have feelings for each other and shit happens. There's other heroines you are connected to but long story short your aim is to spend time with your chosen girl and nut in her enough to fill her pregnancy gauge. Other dudes also want these big tittied breeding sows though so you've got to manage your schedule and keep her sweet whilst blocking the attempts of other guys.

There are a few girls other than the main one and only one other one has a true NTR route. You can impregnate both main girls if you play your cards right. If you fuck up then they get their brains scrambled by a mixture of romance and dick until they more or less ask to be knocked up. If you like internal views (x-ray), there's plenty of that too.

I've managed to decipher some of my favourite scenes with DeepL and I'm convinced a real translation would cause utter dick destruction for all NTRbros. I've searched far and wide but no western releases really compete.

Alternatively, play Power Vacuum and try prevent your corpse grandpa from NTRing the women in your family and love interests in a series of non-canonical bad endings. Not much in the way of "gameplay" - it's more about just reading and making the wrong choice then getting sent back again.

No problem, I got the issue during the find food from the supermarket mission (the one where you fall through the floor, land into supermarket, then kill zombies). The issue occurs right when you get back to the newly found base; a couple lines play, and then boom, game-crashing error occurs.

Found the problem. The game crashed because either the developer or translator being careless when doing this particular dialogue event. I'll test that event once more before sharing the fix.

Edit: Here's the file. Save 2 is right before you encounter the problematic event.
