While it's, relatively speaking, easy to make a story where a girl will love the MC or stay indifferent to him, or one where she's either a dome or a sub, it's really hard to do the same with the "she's madly in love with MC" Vs "she's falling hard for someone else" dichotomy.
In the first case, you just need an "If girlInLove then she say this, else she say that" time to time, mostly when the conversation become intimate. In the second, the difference only happen during the sex scenes. But in the third case, it's the whole dynamic between the characters that differ. Therefore it's two radically different stories.
Must also be said that none NTR games tend to rely around an external story (bad guys, a mystery to solve, etc.), while in NTR games the corruption part is the story. Therefore even the story dynamic is radically different.

OP you gotta understand that not all the devs out there will cater to every whim and fancy that every player desires in their game.

NTR has a significant fan following of users on the forum. There will always be certain games that touch upon a certain genre more than others.
