You can twist it in your mind in whatever way you wish - but when the mother is already in a romantic relationship, and has not ended said relationship prior to starting another, it isn't netorare. It can be sharing. It can be cheating. But only a special kind of mental gymnastics could try to bring it around to netorare (yet still fail).

If you are that adverse to netorare, don't play games that have the tag. Period. It's not like you're lacking in choices of games that are not tagged with netorare.
