Japanese have to be hell'a coordinated. I have a lot of practice using a mouse/keyboard with one hand, but there are limits. Especially if it involves trying to play some sort of arcade shooter while faping.

As a warning on this game, it is semi loud, and it locks your mouse to the middle of the screen, even alt tabbing will keep the mouse locked there. So getting to options without keyboard or the volume mixer on windows is not easy.
