You go to Valentina's mansion on a weekday not the weekend if I remember correctly. For the Keisha quest line I'm having the same issue. I browsed through the code when I had free time last night but couldn't find the problem. Someone else will have to fix it as I'm too busy, hopefully the creator can find the issue.

First, thanks to ImpracticalDon to summarize the most important things.

Here are the remaining two easter eggs:

1st Easter Egg:
You have to get to 0 Fitness, 0 Fame and 0 Intellect.
Easiest way is to (only) watch porn the first day
(this also helps for easter egg 2, for wich you have to watch 18 times in total).
You will lose all 3 stats from 1 to 0.
Then go to your living room to get the link to the easter egg.

3rd Easter Egg:
Enter 'password' as cheat code

It is so sad, that this gem of a porn game is abandoned... :-(
