Identify Can't remember name of game.

I remember playing this game a while ago, but the mc was not able to get a job or go to school because he was not able to get along with other men. Then his mom decides to let him work at her restaurant and he then meets the owner's daughter who was not able to control his mind as she can do with other men. I don't remember much else from the game.
