i got error 400 whats up with that ? says check your internet connections

My bad, I was fixing an unrelated issue on the server and broke this without noticing.
1. In short, the crack does three things: puts "Cracked by NIF" in clipboard when you click Paste, disables ssl certificate checking, and redirects activation requests to other places. I can describe in more detail if you want, but there's not much to it.
2. It's obfuscated, since it handles many different games
You can check new "Custom activation URL" spoiler in the main comment, but that shouldn't be needed now. I updated the cracked version with new implementation which starts a local server when the game is running. So it works offline now.

Any chance you could post screens of the sliders for some of the characters? The .chc files don't work with quest as they need .qchc, so apparently the only way to "convert" them is just use the same sliders. Textures should work though.

I downloaded the quest old and new crack for 0.13. The old crack i could get past the log in area. So i tried the newest crack. The game just wouldnt load. I just kept seeing the 3 loading dots. has this happened to anyone else? I put the "com.AntiZeroGames.CH" folder in the android -> OBB section like it said.

I'm no pro, but I don't think 0.12 or old 0.13 will work anymore. I'm guessing you're using Sidequest. Connect the quest, go to "Currently Installed Apps" - the 9 squares. Hit the button on the right of Captain Hardcore (probably listed as something like "com.AntiZeroGames.CH"). Force Close, clear app data and uninstall. Use the "Install APK file from folder on computer" button. Install the "com.AntiZeroGames.CH.apk" file, then using the same install APK button "install" the 2 .obb files. It will put them in the right place. Go to the "Running Tasks" button to make sure each task completes and turned green. From my experience .apk installs fine, patch1 obb fails first time (it will be yellow on the list), main obb installs fine, then I just redo the install of patch1 obb and it will install fine.
Disconnect the quest, open up captain hardcore, it'll ask you to allow access to files - allow. Might work without, but if you want to access other characters and scenes etc I think you need it. Mine died first time after allowing (I was getting the 3 dots), so I went back to quest main page and closed the app. Reopened, and it loads up. Click paste, which will paste the "Cracked by NIF". Hit activate, then enter on the next page and you should be good to go. I've got the wifi connection turned off and it worked. 0.12 and 0.13 old cracks you seemed to initially need wifi on for the activate part. Hope that helps.
I was able to finally open the game, but i still cant get past the login screen the paste button does nothing and i get the "no patreon key found" 400 error. I deleted and re applied the patch obb, but still no luck.
Edit: i will say i tried disconnected my wifi and when trying it again it gave me the error (0) saying i need to connect to the internet. So clearly something isn't working on my end. If anyone found a fix, let me know

So I have ported the game from the Quest to the Pico and everything starts and runs great, but when I log in, even if I enter "Cracked by NIF", I only get error(400) and without wifi I get error(0) any suggestions? 
I updated the crack again, it should me more stable and supports newer Quest firmware (v76 and higher)
If you used the ovrport tool (or similar), it removes NIF/VRP-style cracks from the APK it's patching. watching the traffic coming out of this thing is a little wild.
It's a MITM proxy, so you may be looking at your own rerouted traffic going out of it.
Guys, in order for version 0.21 to work, you need to run Response Modifier AS ADMINISTRATOR. Then everything will work.
