No, look at the studio name. Captain is both the meta tie in for the player as well as the main character in the Captainverse, the bubble universe event stories. So things like the EVA event, The Seele Pokemon event, the Arc City Bronie event. The Captainverse story is basically the Captain's harem, just the girls he rescues from the various bubble universes he goes to.
Plus the banner picture is all Captainverse girls.

Could you quickly explain to me the answer to this:

So is the main Honkai storyline its own thing separate from captain-verse? And if yes, does that mean APHO is part of that storyline, or are all three separate?

I played a bit, but really only payed attention to APHO 1/2 story :S since the rest of it was just collecting girls for me XD (although did pay attention to the blonde villain guys story in one of the recent chapters Where he presumably dies, to save his friend.)

Although I did give attention to some of the captain-verse events

Not only that, but its been known for a long time now that Kanchou-verse and Genshin both exist in the Sea of Quanta in the same "storyline" as the main Honkai story, hence why Otto can see Fallen Rosemary and Dvalin when he is recollecting the info from the Cosmic Juggernaut in chapter 17

I haven't made up my mind about all of them yet but.. one thing I want to make clear from the beginning is that there will be no NTR, that's something I've had in mind since forever,

it's also the reason to give the captain a face, it's a harem where i'll try to give equal attention to all the girls, but it won't happen right away, it's easy to develop relationships with characters like Rita and Kallen but some are very difficult like Bronya

This is a game recreating the story of the original game that is Honkai Impact 3rd, in the original game the protagonist who is the captain of the battleship hyperion does not exist in the main story and many of the sad events in the story I think could have been avoided if he was present, in the events in which many are focused on him as the protagonist, we see that he has mysterious powers that could have made a difference in the main story, what I want with this game is to recreate the story with a happy ending for all of them, of course later on there will be a more "hot" tone between the characters but I didn't want to create just a hentai game with characters that I love so much

Guys, sorry about that, after all, I barely started the game, but this Friday I'm going on a trip that will last a week.
As soon as I return I will invest more time in the game, I want to introduce the trio that we love so much as soon as possible and of course, start to develop the relationship as the story progresses.
My phrase from the last event I recorded at Ai Hyperion was wishing them all a happy ending and this game was with that wish in mind.
The next update is almost ready, I would like to finish it before the trip but I ended up not having time
