To be honest the game would have been 10 times better if it was delivered in a story format instead of grinding in endless stages, but nevertheless good game.

I can't combine gameplay mods, you'll have to choose between Multi-Tool and Clothing Overhaul.

That's the fun part. Gameplay mods replace different files, so you can have one gameplay mod and 'one' cosmetic mod (which can be multiple cosmetic mods merged into one file).
You can just grab Multi-Tool and stack it on top no problem.

There's a shitty group by the name of Collective Shout who have set out to hound Visa, Mastercard, PayPal etc to crackdown and (unrightfully) restrict people from spending their own money toward pornographic games. They've targeted rape and incest games (might as well include bestiality since Patreon cracked down on this not too long ago) on Steam, DLsite, Itch.io etc, and will no doubt target more.
Seemingly, the group themselves, what they're doing to censor and purge porn, the Patreon purge, and even the major porn site laws requiring IDs in some regions are unconnected self-contained events; but this is absolutely bullshit and it's all part of the global Christo-Fascist takeover approach of the New World Order.
Sound crazy? Sure. Maybe. But look at the world and recent events and you tell me.
Collective Shout (non-profit in Australia) petitioned major credit card companies to add some "ethical" stipulations. Collective Shout has been around since 2008 and it's founder is one of the many staunch Australian conservatives that wants to preserve traditional family values. They got Tyler the creator's Australian visa revoked in 2013 to prevent him from doing a tour, and even tried to get Detroit: Become Human banned because it contained child abuse.
Australia has always had a censorship problem for video games, but this is like the first time it's affected the international stage
Its also worth noting that on top of the Collective Shout business, The UK has passed a law that means a citizen there has to submit sensitive ID before they can access adult content. If you aren't from the UK, then this probably won't affect you at all... until other countries decide its a good idea.
Its hard to know what sites like Itch.io will do in response to the new law on top of the Collective Shout backed crackdown. For example, you can't access R34. The law has received loads of backlash, and there is even a petition to get it reverted (gooners are now a political bloc I guess), but I'm not holding my breath.
Also, as I said, expect to see this law spread one way or another to a government near you.

It is hard. Here are some tips: you need to make a note as to what wave the game's difficulty spikes, and buy the best weapon at the best time; Try to head-shot; learn what you need to avoid such as: blowdart in jungle or those jumping enemies in cave (cave is crazy hard); you will need to buy healing every wave at some point

if yes, i tried to search for a Smiling blush, Prey mod, futa zombies and overpowered combination and could not find it (even tried to learn how to combine assets myself but i am not that good with those things)
